چکیده
The proliferation of sophisticated applications and services comes with diverse performance requirements. 5G cellular network is advocated to support this diversity through an end-to-end slicing. Even-though the slicing not a novel concept, its implementation in RAN still remains challenging. In article, we aim enforce real time from radio resources perspective multi-cell system. For that, exact optimization model proposed. Due high convergence time, heuristics are developed evaluated regard optimal model. Results promising, as two highly enforcing

An adaptive 5G multiservice and multitenant radio access network architecture
This article provides an overview on objectives and first results of the Horizon 2020 project 5G NOvel Radio Multiservice adaptive network Architecture (5GNORMA). With 5G NORMA, leading players in the mobile ecosystem aim to underpin Europe’s leadership position in 5G. The key objective of 5G NORMA is to develop a conceptually novel, adaptive and future-proof 5G mobile network architecture. Thi...
متن کاملRadio Access Network Resource Slicing for Flexible Service Execution
Network slicing is a key enabler for the serviceoriented 5G vision, that aims to satisfy various per-service requirements. Unlike core network slicing, radio access network (RAN) slicing is still at its infancy, with several works just starting to investigate the challenges and potentials to enable a mutli-tenant, multi-service RAN. One of the major challenges in RAN slicing is to provide diffe...

متن کامل5G radio access above 6 GHz
Designing and developing a millimetre-wave (mmWave) based mobile Radio Access Technology (RAT) in the 6-100 GHz frequency range is a fundamental component in the standardization of the new 5G radio interface, recently kicked off by 3GPP. Such component, herein called the new mmWave RAT, will not only enable extreme mobile broadband (eMBB) services, but also support UHD/3D streaming, offer immer...
